6 ways to show you're serious about transforming your PMO

I had closed my first blog with this statement, “Change comes from within and mindset shift is the most critical pillar from which PMO transformation can successfully evolve.” And so, I believe it’s only fair that I highlight to you where this inspiration had come from, about 8 years ago.
