Lorraine Chambers, A-CSM, is based in New York and has 20 years experience in the FinTech industry with various roles in Client Services, Business Analytics, Quality Assurance, Product Management and Scrum Master since 2019.
Her style of coaching empowers teams to adopt the agile mindset and ensure effective outcomes for their customers. She uses conflict resolution tactics, unique facilitation methods and active listening techniques to get teams to inspect and adapt quickly.

Nicole has over 20 years' experience working in the IT industry and has attained several Scaling, Scrum and Agile Professional certifications. She has used her experience on projects that were transitioning to more Agile frameworks to guide her approach for helping Federal government agencies realize the benefits of Agile principles, as opposed to just technical practices.
She specializes in team coaching and facilitation and empowers teams to increase their workflow and boost their team performance.
She is also passionate about building communities as a core team member of Agile in Color and lifting women’s voices as a co-organizer of the DC Women in Agile group.
